Mission Costs:

​

  • Logistics Coordinator: $450 per day

  • Educational Liaison / Group facilitator: $750 per day

  • Third-Party Insurance Fee (in accordance with our updated policy, presented upon request): Up to10 ppl: $500; Up to 25 ppl: $950; above 25 ppl: $1400. Adjustments and Add-ons for Insurance, based on insurance company rates

  • Meal Pricing: Breakfast: $28; Lunch (Catering): $35; Dinner (Catering): $35; Lunch / Dinner (Restaurant): $110. Meal prices do not include customary service charges.

  • Space Rental: Up to 4 hours: $750; Full Day: $1500. For groups larger than 60 people: upon specific quote.

  • Shazur Production Fee: 18% of the total mission budget

  • Workshop (Up to 120 minutes): $1000

  • Group Facilitation - Half Day: $1200

  • Group Facilitation - Full Day: $1700

  • Travel Expenses: Based on receipts or $1.50 per mile

  • Time Cancellation Fee: $75 per hour of scheduled time

  • Preparation Time / Consultation / Evaluation : $150 per hour

  • Per Diem: $68

  • Accounting: $125 per hour

  • Legal Consultation: $250 - $900 per hour
