Join Us: Development and Program Coordinator
Our growing nonprofit organization is looking for a talented Projects and Fundraising Coordinator to lead and support our strategic fundraising efforts.
Job Description:

Identify and recruit potential donors, foundations, and strategic partnerships both locally and internationally.

Manage and maintain relationships with existing donors, ensuring long-term retention.

Write and edit grant proposals and donor reports.

Create marketing and outreach materials for fundraising purposes.

Track donor activity and fundraising operations using Excel.
Requirements:

Native English speaker – mandatory.

Strong writing and communication skills in both English and Hebrew.

Proactive, independent, and creative thinker.

Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and CRM systems.

Ability to research, analyze, and gather information effectively.

Experience in fundraising is preferable but not required – we are looking for candidates eager to learn and grow in this role.
Position Details:

50% part-time position with potential for growth – ideal for students and pensioners.

Remote work (from Israel or the U.S.).

Reporting directly to the CEO.
