Third-Party Insurance Fee (in accordance with our updated policy, presented upon request): Up to10 ppl: $500; Up to 25 ppl: $950; above 25 ppl: $1400. Adjustments and Add-ons for Insurance, based on insurance company rates

Meal Pricing: Breakfast: $28; Lunch (Catering): $35; Dinner (Catering): $35; Lunch / Dinner (Restaurant): $110. Meal prices do not include customary service charges.

Space Rental: Up to 4 hours: $750; Full Day: $1500. For groups larger than 60 people: upon specific quote.
